Do I have to be a White Dress Society Member to attend The Retreat?

Yes, membership is required for attendance. This retreat is TWDS members-only — not to be exclusive, but to ensure that the community you build during the retreat lasts all year long. It makes the room safer, the conversations deeper, and the experience richer. Trust us — it’s worth it.

If I am interested in sharing a room during The Retreat to cut down on cost, can you assist?
Yes, of course!  If you email us at thewhitedressssociety@gmail.com we would be happy to send you a list of attendees that you can reach out to.
 
What is the recommended dress code?

We recommend stylish, but comfortable. The schedule will allow for a brief wardrobe change prior to our evening activities. Note: for the cocktail party, it will be cocktail attire. We will provide a style guide as we get closer to the retreat.

Are meals provided in the registration fee?
Registration includes 2.5 days of educational sessions, time with fellow attendees and hosts to connect, brainstorm ideas together, and refuel your soul.

Meals included:
Monday, VIP Day: Lunch and Dinner

Tuesday, November 11th: Lunch and Heavy Apps at Cocktail Party at our host store, Margaret Ellen Bridal.

Wednesday, November 12th: Breakfast, lunch, and pizza party at our host house.

Thursday, November 13th: Breakfast and coffee at the host house.

Note: Coffee, water, and soft drinks will be available throughout the day each day.
 
Do you limit attendee registration based on geographic location?
As a VIP attendee, you will get first right of refusal for territory restriction within a 50 mile radius of your store. 

Although we are firm believers in community over competition, we do understand that you may not want to attended an intimate conference with your direct competitor, especially as our focus will be your profitability and business development. Registration is available on a first come, first served basis.  To know if your territory is available, please email us prior to registration:  thewhitedressssociety@gmail.com

We will also ask that all attendees sign an NDA to protect privacy and facilitate sharing of ideas. 
 
For traveling purposes, what time does The Retreat begin and end?
For non-VIPs, the retreat begins on Tuesday morning, November 11th (VIPs need to be in 30a, Florida by Monday morning, November 10th)), so please plan your travel accordingly. We will wrap up by noon on Thursday. We would recommend to plan to arrive in Florida on Monday, November 10th (for non-VIP attendees) and travel home on Thursday, November 13th to be able to make the most of your time at the retreat. The closest airports are Panama City Airport (Airport code: ECP) and Destin/Fort Walton (Airport code: VPS).
 
Is the registration fee refundable?
Because of the all inclusive nature of the retreat, we are unable to offer refunds after registration. Registrations are non-refundable but are transferrable to another bridal store owner with the approval of The White Dress Society team. 
 
What is The Retreat investment and is there a payment option?

GENERAL TICKET – $2250
✔️ Pay in 2 equal payments of $1125
✔️ Final payment due by September 30, 2025

VIP TICKET – $2800
✔️ Pay in 4 equal monthly payments of $700
✔️ Available only if you register in June
✔️ Final payment due by September 30, 2025

After June 30, all payment plans close and registration ends—so if you want to break it up, this is your window.
