An entrepreneur at heart, Shayna opened the first Luxe Bridal store in Minneapolis, MN, after years of dreaming up a bridal shop where every woman no matter what her size had a fun, relaxing and memorable moment finding her dress. Ensuring a bride felt empowered rather than deflated while buying her dress.

Committed to creating a contemporary retail brand that inspires women to embrace their curves, beauty and confidence. Today Shayna has 2 stores located in Minnesota with plans for growth and expansion.

Kerrie Hileman is a Jacksonville, FL native. When she became engaged in 2010, she fell in love with bridal and the entire dress shopping process. She set out to open a bridal boutique that provided local brides with a unique and exceptional experience coupled with beautiful gown selection. Kerrie’s goal is to ensure that each bride who walks through their door feels the excitement and emotion that comes with choosing a gown. Kerrie spoke on leadership and entrepreneurship in 2017 at Kappa Delta’s National Convention and in 2016 as part of Florida State University’s 7 Under 30 leadership summit. As young girls, sisters Vanessa and Andrea shared a dream of working in fashion. In 2014, they became co-owners of Sash & Bustle, combining their passion for bridal with their business and design backgrounds.

Andrea brings her aesthetic gifts to creating a strong visual identity for Sash & Bustle. While managing the shopping experience and buying with her sister, she also oversees the store’s social media and creation of our visual advertisements.  

Much of Vanessa's work happens behind the scenes making the store’s operations run seamlessly, Vanessa makes it a priority to meet each and every bride. She is like the Sash & Bustle momma bear, helping ensure that each stylist is supported in providing the one-on-one, attentive service we stand for.

Selina Howard, Creative Director/Stylist for Vainglorious Brides, is an internationally published bridal stylist for brides who crave a curated fashion experience for their wedding day and all surrounding events.

Prior to launching Vainglorious Brides, Selina was a full-time educator who holds a B.S. in Health Education from Virginia State University and a M.S. in Teaching and Learning from Nova Southeastern University. Her career in weddings began with her boutique planning firm Selina Howard Events (SHE) in 2011. Although Vainglorious Brides was born under the SHE umbrella in 2012, Selina became passionate about working more intimately with brides as she helped to ensure one of the most important elements of the wedding—the dress—was chosen precisely and bustled to perfection (not to mention, the countless influential times she had to steam dresses as a planner). 

Today, as the CEO of Vainglorious Brides, Selina offers custom bridal shopping experiences, day of dressing services, editorial services, bridal fashion product styling, creative direction, and bridal fashion event production.
